With over six years of experience, I specialize in creating clear, concise user-facing and internal documentation using a variety of mediums, including Docs as Code, while adhering to national and international standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, and ISO. In addition, my CMMI Associate certification is evidence of my expertise in evaluating a business’s processes against global best practices, identifying strengths, and pinpointing areas for continual improvement.
